Agadir City Tour

Take a quick moment to discover the unmissable areas of the city of Agadir on a 3 hours guided tour, where you will take breathtaking views at the top of the Kasbah, and then try your bargaining skills at a Souk El Hed (locals market), all as you learn about the history of this city.

At the start of the Agadir city tour, we will be driving along the Agadir beach line promenade before arriving at the contemporary Agadir Marina beach, which is lined with boutiques, and restaurants. Then move alongside the world’s biggest Sardine harbor.

Next, Drive up the hill to Agadir Ou-fellah (Agadir hilltop), the city’s 16th-century Saadian Kasbah (Fortress that was built in 1572), which offers a complete panoramic view of the whole city and the fishing port. See the inscription “Fear God and honor the King” right above the entrance of the Kasbah and remember to snap a memorable photo.

Agadir Argan Oil House will also be a stop on our tour, it is where you will get information about scarce oil, and see how the Berber women produce what is known in Europe as a Golden Liquid. Learn how they gather and dry the nuts, roast and grind the kernels and finally extract the pure oil. This is truly a 100% Moroccan experience that should not be missed.
Our final stop before returning back to the hotel will be “Souk El Had” or Sunday Market (locals market), which is the largest market in the region. In the local market, you will be given an hour of free time to experience the market on your own while the driver will be waiting for you right outside the market.

The local Market is closed on Mondays, so no Market stops on Mondays.
